Returns & Refunds

At Crazywahnar, we're dedicated to your satisfaction. We're here to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Here's how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds:

Each of our products are carefully made and 3 layer quality check also done before dispatching and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be very slight difference due to photography, display quality of device and lightning conditions.

Orders once shipped can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for refund.
We don’t offer returns/exchanges in our apparels, however, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, here is what you need to do :

  • Update us within TWO working days via Email or drop a message us on WhatsApp.
  • Both-side shipping charges for return/exchange will be borne by the customer, depending upon the weight of the product. We do not provide reverse pickup.
  • Your item will then be Exchanged.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory.
  • We DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. 
    All Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only.


We will need an unboxing video to verify that the product was damaged at our end. And if the defect is found at our end, we offer an exchange and not a refund.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for apparels. We recommend ordering the correct size by measuring and verifying it with the measurements on our website.
If you face sizing issues we may exchange your apparel for the right size if available.
